Just to give some closure on this. Steve Holloway and George Hilley tried to fix the White Tanks Arc/Info files that Steve Wood archived to CD. He made some errors which are not recoverable without about a week of solid advanced Arc/Info under hood hell work. So, You might want to email Steve Richard and tell him the status there. We have the Illustrator file for that map and that is fine, but the Arc/Info map is basically toast.
